Appel pour le camp Reclaim the fields 2011
Du 21 au 30 septembre
à Rosia Montana, Roumanie.
La nourriture, la terre, les semences, l'eau et les savoirs autonomisants sont trop importants pour être considérés comme marchandises et centralisés dans un schéma capitaliste. Nous résistons à la logique du profit dans nos manières de vivre. Nous travaillons déjà à créer des modes de vie paysan et alternatifs pour vivre et cultiver ensemble. C'est pourquoi nous réclamons la terre!
Rosia Montana, village situé dans les montagnes Apuseni en Roumanie, se trouve menacé par un projet d'extraction aurifere, au nom du profit. Nous déclarons notre solidarité avec les habitant-e-s de Rosia Montana qui défendent leurs terres depuis 10 ans contre le pillage et l'exploitation prévus par une société privée.
Il existe d'autres luttes pour l'accès et le contrôle des terres en Europe et ailleurs, beaucoup d'histoires à transmettre et d'expériences à partager.
Si tu es ou veux devenir paysan-ne, apiculteur-trice, activiste, jardinier-e urbain-e, pêcheur-euse,… rejoins-nous pour le 3ème campement “Reclaim the Fields” qui aura lieu a Rosia Montana du 21 au 30 septembre 2011.
Nous voulons créer un espace commun, partager des expériences et des réalites, échanger des techniques et des savoirs, faire grandir le mouvement, rassembler nos énergies, renforcer les luttes locales, trouver les liens entre nous et avec d'autres mouvements anti-capitalistes et anti-colonialistes et fêter nos luttes!
Dispersons les semences de la résistance! Faisons pousser ce camp ensemble!
Pendant ce camp, nous convoquerons l'Assemblée Générale de Reclaim the Fields pour faire un retour sur les actions passées et envisager le futur de la constellation. Nous réfléchirons et agirons pour l'accès à la terre et à l'autonomie alimentaire, échangerons des semences, des pratiques agricoles , des idées d'actions directes, de résistance et autour de la question du genre, …
Le programme est participatif et veut inclure des ateliers variés, des activités pratiques, des moments culturels et du temps pour mieux se connaitre. Cela dépend de la contribution de tou-te-s les participant-e-s; si tu veux animer un atelier, un espace artistique, présenter la ferme ou le collectif dans lequel tu vis, partager des savoir-faires, contacte-nous et contribue à la diversité du campement. Les propositions pour le programme doivent être envoyées pour le 1er juillet pour être publiées.
La cuisine et la logistique du camp sont organisées de manière collective, avec la participation de tou-te-s.
Nous voulons que ce camp accueille aussi les enfants. Cela sera organisé collectivement pour que chacun-e puisse y prendre part s'il-elle le veut.
Nous appellerons aux dons. Ceux qui ont des difficultés financières pour venir peuvent nous contacter pour imaginer des moyens de rendre leur venue possible.
Dans l'attente de se voir en Roumanie pour soutenir la lutte contre l'accapparement des terres et la fêter!

Le processus est maintenant en marche et nous construisons le programme. Reclaim the fields Camp 2011

in Rosia Montana in Romania
Food, land, seed, water and indigenous knowledge are too important to be commodified or centralised in the well-known capitalist way. We resist the logic of making profit of our ways of life. We are working on and already practicing a consensual way of peasant life and alternative ways of living and farming together. Therefore we Reclaim the Fields!
We declare our solidarity with the people in Rosia Montana who have defended their land for 10 years against criminal corporate land grabbing, robbery and exploitation. Rosia Montana is a village in the Apuseni Mountains in Romania, under threat of being destroyed by a gold mining project in the name of profit.
There are many other fights for access and control around land throughout Europe and elsewhere, and many stories to tell and experiences to share.
If you are or dream of being a peasant, urban gardener, sustainable fisher, bee keeper, activist, … then join us at the 3rd Reclaim the Fields Camp which will take place in Rosia Montana from 21st to 30th September 2011.
We want to create a common space together _ share experiences and realities _ exchange skills and knowledge _ make the movement grow _ put our energies together _ reinforce local movements and struggles _ find the links between each other and other anti-capitalist and anti-colonialist movements_ celebrate our struggles together.
Let us spread the seeds of resistance and grow this camp together!
During this camp we will hold the General Assembly of Reclaim the Fields, to hear updates from campaigns over the last two years and look ahead to the future of the constellation. We will also create opportunities to learn about access to land and food sovereignty, and make real plans and exchanges of seeds, ideas for direct action, resistance, agricultural practices, gender issues...
The program is participative and will involve a large variety of workshops, practical activities, cultural events and most of all, time to get to know each other to share and learn. We depend on contributions by all participants, so if you want to hold a workshop, if you are an artist, a collective, or have other skills you want to share, contact us and contribute to the richness of the camp.
Program proposals should be send by the 1st of July.
The kitchen and the logistics of the camp are organized collectively. You will be a part of the camp as it happens. We want to hold this camp as a children-friendly space. Childcare will be organized collectively so that every person can be able to participate as he-she pleases.
We will ask for donations, but people who have difficulties coming to the camp for financial reasons, can contact us and we will try to find financial support to make your coming possible.

PUTTING TOGETHER THE NEXT RECLAIM THE FIELDS CAMP PROGRAM
Hello as you may know we are organizing our next Reclaim the Fields camp in Romania from the 21th to 30 of september._
During our last assemblies, lots of ideas about content for the camp have been brought up. _
Now the process is moving on, as we are trying to shape the program of the upcoming camp.In this collective process the camp is dependant on everybodys contributions!_
So please, if you want to hold a workshop, are an artist/collective and would like to perform, or know people who would like to contribute to the camp's program, please let us know at "program [at] reclaimthefields [dot] org" before the 1rst of June!
We also need more people to get involved in the preparation of the camp itself.
